Do you accept pets?

Is parking included?

All residents can park for free in our off-street parking lot. We also offer garage rentals for an additional charge. For more information on rental spaces, contact our team for details. 

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Do you have washers and dryers?

We have several options for washers and dryers at Highland Lakes! Select homes include full-size washers and dryers. Homes without washers and dryers feature W/D connections. W/D rentals are available through us or we have community laundry facilities on-site. 

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

What school district are you located in?

Highland Lakes is located within the Autauga County School District. Nearby schools include Daniel Pratt Elementary School, Prattville Junior High School, and Prattville High School.

What bedroom options do you have?

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3-13 months.

What does the commute look like from Highland Lakes?

Conveniently located near Highway 65, Highland Lakes provide an easy commute for your drive. We are near International Paper, Maxwell Air Force Base, and other major employers.
